UK Delivery
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Processing and Dispatch
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of receiving your order.
Please note that many of our products are handmade and produced in small batches. As a result, dispatch times may occasionally be longer where stock is limited or additional production time is required.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout where available.
Delivery dates and times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly shown before payment is taken.
As set out in our Cancellation and Returns Policy, please note that unless the goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us when exercising your right to cancel.
Delays
We will not be liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather, industrial action, customs delays, transport disruptions or similar unforeseen events.
If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will endeavour to keep you informed.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Risk and Ownership
Ownership of goods passes to you once we have received payment in full.
Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to take possession of them.
Lost, Missing or Damaged Orders
Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at helena@muntjacbags.co.uk and we will investigate the issue.
